Thank you for choosing SouthernGirlCrafts. Each item is handmade and customized with care, and we want your order to arrive as expected.

Custom Orders

Because our items are handmade and customized, we do not offer refunds. Please review your size, color, and personalization selections before placing your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can review it with you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact southerngirlcrafts67@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order if an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can evaluate it.

If we make an error, including sending the wrong size or color, we will replace the incorrect item. If the item is unavailable, we will issue store credit toward a new item.

Size or Color Selected at Checkout

We cannot exchange an item when it matches the size and color selected at checkout. If you selected the wrong size or color and would like to reorder, please contact us; we will apply a discount to your new order. This does not apply to mistakes made by our shop, which are covered above.

Processing Times

Our production times allow us to give each order the care it deserves. Refunds are not offered because a customer disagrees with the stated processing time. Please review our Shipping Policy before ordering; shipping transit time is additional.

Delivery Issues

If you experience a delivery issue, keep your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier to open an inquiry or claim. We are not responsible for delivery errors caused by the carrier.

Custom Artwork Requirements

  • PNG files only. We do not accept JPG, SVG, PDF, or other file formats.
  • Submit artwork at 300 DPI at the intended print size. Images must be clear and sharp, with no blurry or pixelated details. Screenshots are not accepted.
  • Use a transparent background when the design should print without a background.
  • Email your PNG artwork and personalization details to southerngirlcrafts67@gmail.com with your order number.
