Refund policy
*** DUE TO OUR ITEMS BEING HANDMADE AND CUSTOMIZED, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.***
Refunds will NOT be given due to not agreeing with processing times. We have processing times in place to ensure each order is handled with care.
If a delivery issue arise, please have all your tracking information, and follow the procedure of opening a case with the Post Office. We are not liable for negligence on their behalf.
Damages and issues
If item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot exchange items that are the wrong size, or color. If you choose order the correct item, we will apply a discount to your new order.
We value our customers and do our best to get it right the first time! If we are in error we will replace the incorrect item. If we do not have the time in stock, we will issue a credit to use on a new item. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we do not give refunds.
